INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Hawthorn (tincture)

  • 3 oz Lemon Balm (tincture)

  • 1/2 oz St. John’s Wort (tincture)

  • 1/2 oz Mugwort (tincture)

  • 1.5 oz Goldenrod (tincture)

  • 1.5 oz Motherwort (tincture)

RECIPE

  • Stir all of the tinctures together in a glass measuring cup.

  • Add the mixture to a glass dropper bottle.

  • Be sure to properly label your dropper with the name, ingredients, and date of creation.

APPLICATION

Add 30 drops of your tincture mixture to your water or daily drink. Drink this mixture 3-4 times daily, based on your personal needs.

You can also add this to a tea mixture for a soothing effect when consuming.
